Yes this I would think would be covered under the 3yrs/36K warranty, would this apply to you?, If you purchased the car within the set time frame & haven't exceed the 3years or the 36K mileage warranty. But if the car in your sig is correct 2013 you maybe out of luck, what was your deliver date when you took ownership?

I've never owned a vehicle with an type of warranty, been 18 years.
Is this paint peeling in the trunk area covered under the 3 year / 36,000 miles? Will I have trouble?

Just to follow up, they refinished it under warranty, see linked album for images. Job cost $460.
So ... did it cost $460, or was it covered under warranty? Or did you mean it WOULD have cost you $460 if you'd have had to pay? If you would have had to pay out of pocket, I'd have just advised you to take it to a good body shop instead.
