Just made the plunge and bought a new leftover 2014 Cruze diesel and i have a question about Pandora. It doesn't show up as an option on the Mylink - just Stitcher. Anyone seen this?

Shows up on my 2014 here in the US of A. I think you have to add it in settings. I don't think its there by default...but I could be wrong.

A lot of the Diesel Cruze's required that the MyLink system be updated to get the icon for Pandora, Gas Stations, Movies, and Weather to show up.

Looking at the pictures from the eBay listing, you definitely are due for a software update. There were several icons missing in those pictures. Like already mentioned, this is covered under the warranty.

Before going to the dealer, browse the configuration menus. I think it's possible to turn off the icons or at least customize the home menu to eliminate icons you're not interested in.
