I noticed a rattle in my 2012 Cruze and could tell it was coming from the passenger door. After looking around some I lifted up the little rubber cover inside the "handle" that you use to close the door and the hex screw in the bottom was completely loose, as in I pulled it straight out. the screw is what was rattling since it wasn't held by anything. What does this screw connect to inside the door panel? I have never had it apart and never taken the screw loose so I am assuming whatever it was screwed into broke.
