Hi all, I am in the middle of taking two engines and turning them into one for my turbocharged 2014 Cruze (1.4 Litre). I am just about to put the pistons in, but I can't find the photos I took that show the arrow direction on the top of the piston. Can Anyone help me?

I believe the arrow on top of the piston needs to point to the harmonic balancer. (aka the crankshaft pulley). Did the pistons come with installation information?

I'm not sure the piston can point to the front of the motor.

According to Google. The consensus would be exhaust.
