Does anybody know the part # for the plastic trim piece covering the transmitter slot (next to the power outlet)?

Nope, but if I were you I'd 'test drive' an LTZ and take the rubber one from there. Is is the same pattern as the piece beneath the climate controls, and with stepped edges, makes it much easier to take coins and stuff out. Also looks a lot nicer.
