Ok just so-as not to start a new thread on this....

I have the same code. I replaced the thermostat in the spring as it was cracked. After getting the code I replaced both the other temp sensors and the code remains. Disconnecting the battery clears the code for a little bit and then while watching the temp it never gets above 160deg F. It used to run 217-220 depending on weather/use of AC. I drove from VT>ME>CT yesterday and at one stop in the beginning I popped the hood and checked the hoses. Drivers side hose seemed normal, passenger side (connected to the thermostat) was cool. Not cold but not hot at all. I’m guessing the thermostat failed already? Is there a range or value that’s I can test with my volt/ohms meter on the thermostat? When I did the thermostat, and the sensors I refilled the radiator reservoir and waited for it to burp on warmup. The reservoir has never been dry.

The only thing I’ve done recently was the V2 PCV kit and replaced the corrugated PCV tube, cleaned the entire turbo route and pressure tested it.
