Recently the temperature gauge in my 2012 Cruze quit working and stayed completely at cold even after driving for long periods of time. My dashboard said ac off due to high engine temp and my check engine light came on. I took it to advanced auto where they said the po128 code came up and it was my thermometer i just had my thermometer replaced in May. After research i saw it might be the coolant temp sensor so i bought that first and replaced with no luck so i went and bought another thermometer thinking the one they replaced it with was junk and that also didn’t work. Coolant is full and the line was bled. My engine fan runs the whole time I’m driving everyone says it’s fine to drive but it’s more of a nuisance even if it is fine i prefer to not pay an arm and leg to get it fixed. Thank you
