I have a question, there has been oil possible leaking from this hose, is this the throttle body? If not, I just need the name of the part. The throttle body looking part sith the rubber like grommet piece with a hose attached to it, next to the aluminum plating.

I do not see an oil leak as well. Your photo is of the turbo. The 2 big hoses on the left are ac lines, they wrap under to the compressor. If there is an oil leak in this area, like the other said, probably from cam/valve cover, but the turbo does get oil, as well as coolant. If you remove the shield, the turbo/exhaust manifold is more visible.

Alright. Yeah I'm pretty sure from what I seen taking the valve cover off that it was the issue. A melted section where the gasket lays In was causing of to leak out onto the part I thought was the issue. I couldn't figure out how to draw a circle around the part in question but I figured it out so thank you for the advice, problem should be fixed when I get the new valve cover.
