Blew top radiator hose a few days ago - clamp slipped off.
Opinions on doing the following - was going to do a "preventative maintenance" anyway in a few months.

Replace:
Water pump
Thermostat
Upper radiator hose
Lower radiator hose
Hose from back of water pump
Large hose from overflow tank
Belt tensioner
Belt
Camshaft rings
New antifreeze (of course)
Trans drain / refill (this was done @ approx 100k)

- or -

Just buy another upper hose replace and flush cooling system - call it a day for now?

Open for suggestions -
Updating post.... This car is a keeper - going for 500k
Got just short of 500 miles on last tank.


BTW - @ about 125k
Did:
@ 100k Oil cooler gaskets
@ 100k Water and Oil lines to and from turbo
@ 205k replaced overflow tank
@ 100k plugs / belt
@ 175k replaced coil pack / plugs (2nd time)
@ 200k struts (2nd time)
@ 125k struts (1st time)
@ 125k shocks
@ 100k PCV mod kit 3.1

Coolant related I would probably wait at this point for the water pump to leak before going after things.

compression check the engine to see how healthy it is.
Transmission fluid change now and then again every 50k.
Running gear monitor and change as needed. My old 12 was very original at 190k when I traded it in. Basically a belt at 150k, sparks at 90 then 150. Trans fluid at 90 and then 150. Was gonna do it again at 200 but did not own it at that mileage.

the resale has tanked at this point so it’s more or less fix as needed. Hate to see someone drop a few grand in then the engine or trans takes a ****

You are going way to long between fluid changes.
Like Valpo stated, 50K is a nice number to go by.

At some point Chevy reduced the trans interval as my 12 said 100k in the owners manual and same with plugs. I opted to shorten those to 150k rather than waiting to 200k

Don't forget about the timing belt or chain components depending on which engine you have.
