Hello, I have a 2010 Chevrolet Cruze Automatic Gear and I have problems with automatic transmission.

Since Chevrolet is withdrawn from the country where I live and does not sell, nobody understands and they do not repair, but replace parts.

My problem is that when shifting from 2nd to 3rd gear, the rev counter rises and the car screams and after 4 seconds it suddenly shifts into gear. Also, when I shift into reverse, it shifts into gear after about 5 seconds.

My first thought is check your transmission fluid level. Search you tube for videos on how to check that.

If the levels are fine, depending on your mileage, might be time for a fluid change. I've had really good luck with AMSoil in my transmission, and recommend that if you can get it.

If neither of those options work for you, unfortunately, it may mean it's time for a new transmission of you can't find anybody that can tear it apart for repairs.

Thank you very much for your interest, I changed the transmission oil 900km ago, there are automatic transmission services and they said that they changed many parts and the transmission was overhaul.

Do you think it has something to do with the solenoid filter?

How many miles or kilometers are on the transmission? Also what country are you from?

In 195200 Kilometers, my vehicle was overhauled when it was 194500 kilometers, but the problem was not solved. İm from Türkiye
