If you have Gretio on Android you can do a DPF reset command, if it is anything like what I deal with on Cummins and Detroit engines this command tells the ECM that you have either replaced or cleaned out the DPF and it will reset its data for it. I don't know if the Cruze ECM tracks ash accumulation and service intervals on DPFs like the heavy duty guys do though.

I just had my 2015 cruze DPF professionally clean paid $300 do I need to do anything else to clear the code ? It was in "Engine power reduce"

Thanks for the advise I try to do it with the MX-+ and the Gretio but didn't have luck.
Took the Car to the Diesel exhaust services in Cotati CA. and they did everything with theirs scanner and done deal is running perfect.
Thay charge me $299 to clean the DEF (I took it of the vehicle and put it back on) and they reset the ECM when I brought the car to them for the same price, all included!

As for clearing the code, you might want to check with the professionals who did the cleaning to see if they have any specific steps you need to take to clear the code. They may have already done so during the cleaning process, but it's always best to double-check to make sure everything is properly taken care of. Good luck!
