Hi there

I got a Kensun bixenon HID kit and was going to do it in the stock housing.
Now I am considering doing a prebuilt projector housing from one of the vendors here.

If the housing accepts regular single xenon HID bulbs, will it accept bixenon as well? Is there a bulb size difference? I am referring to 35watt not 50.
I have 2 weeks left to return/exchange the HID kit, so I don't want to find out the hard way that it won't work after the fact. I'd rather keep all the packaging together if I am returning instead of opening and trying if I don't need to.

These are the ones I am looking at, and on further inspection, I want to make sure that I can flip the brights with the proper wiring, since this one and many others has wiring for lows and highs being separate.

You'll need an HID kit that uses H7 bulbs. If you bought an HID kit to go into the standard reflector housings, it will be an H13 socket. I don't believe they are interchangeable, but don't quote me on that.

Looks like there are no bixenon H7 bulbs. Yes the ones I have are H13 (9008) and are bixenon to fit the stock housing.
Where could you tell that I needed an H7? Was it in the link I provided? Maybe I overlooked that somewhere.

Seems like I would then have to stick with a halogen for the brights, which is fine by me even though I would prefer the bixenon.

I emailed them asking for a pic of the cutoff. I'm not keen on a DIY projector, even though it would be nice.
There are alot of generic no name assemblies out there on the internet, I want something pretty good, doesn't need to be perfect.

There are two little housings, one reflector and one projector within the headlight. H7 low H1 high.

These are nice but I personally hate the whole LED halo thing. Looks ricey to me. I'd love to go a stock look with just projectors.

You can wire or not wire the halo and leds, owner preference. Most have them though, no getting away from it.

If I choose to not wire the halo and led strip, would these be simple plug n'play? Obviously, I'm talking about just straight halogen bulbs for now. I would seriously consider these if there were no splicing needed.

I am still in the learning phase with the install of these and most do not come with instructions.
As far as I know, most are meant for halogens, but many will also accept HID bulbs too.
See I got H13 HID kit, now I have to exchange for H7 if I do the projector.
