Could be a condensate from your A/C, also did you check your coolant level?

Try not to use your A/C for a day and see if still comes out, so you'll eliminate one possibility

If you pull your car forward, get out and dip your index finger in it, if your finger has water on it then it's condensation, I run the a.c. in mine and it compensates all night too, *oem dexcool is orangeish* coolant can also be a greenish or a yellowish color, red ish is transmission fluid, and if it has a smell it could be windshield wash fluid

Sounds like condensation because of location/color you describe, levels are fine, and you only notice it when parked and the stain goes away during day, when sun is given chance to evaporate the water

OEM Dex-Cool is orange.

I wonder if it might be something oozing out of one of the half-shafts.

A clear fluid on pavement can appear dark in certain light conditions, such as early morning. Next time you see it stop the car and get out and check. Most likely it's water that's dripped of the A/C condenser coils overnight. How humid has it been recently.

I usually just take the "touch it" approach. You can get a better idea of the true color with it on your finger - and you can get a whiff of it too (only helpful if you know what smells like what).

After my wife blew her right side tires on the curb a few weeks back, under her car (where she parked it right after) I saw a puddle, but after doing that test, determined it just to be water. It was black asphalt (quite new) so it looked like oil at first.

Put a piece of cardboard down when you park for the night. CEL (warning lights) won't necessarily come on.

Check back after the cardboard thing, might help isolate your leaking fluid from road gunk already present on your parking spot.
