So my question is will 225/50/18 fit on Ltz wheels and fit the Cruze with any problems also going to run 1inc spacer? So if you guys and girl help me that would be great?

They will fit onto the LTZ wheel, yes. However it will throw off your speedometer, so it is not advised.

Stick with the factory 225/45/18 size for a stock wheel.
