Radio buttons stopped working

As of last night I have no control over radio but the cruise control stuff still works. There's no odb codes saying malfunction but could be something to do with the radio as it shuts off with the key out instead of opening the door. Now this radii has reset itself recently so idk what to look for on that but right now I'm looking to get the buttons working again.

So idk what happened but everything is working now
