Cannot find this info anywhere. It would seem too easy to just swap any 6T40 over to work. Apparently from researching, a 2JFW tagged trans will not work if the car had a 2CZW trans. I know the gear ratios are different , but what about other same gear ratio IDs that are a different ID name? The 2CZW is over $1,300 used on eBay where as others are only a few hundred. Wtf? Would be cheaper to buy a rebuild kit.
