Retro fit fog light strips

Has any one ever did a retro fit on the fog light strips? I want to swap them with a switch back led strip to Match the headlights I'm getting built with Camaro mod switchback and I heard the ones that are already made like that on ebay are junk since figured I'd modify a set and swap em with morimotos xsb 2.0 switch back strips, figured I'd ask about it on here..
Currently running these from dealership
