I'm trying to fit on my 2015 Chevrolet Cruze LT these bolt pattern 5x114. 5x127. There are 2 bolt patterns can I buy a rim converter to make them fit

The adapter plates normally push the wheel out further so you'd also have to be very careful about the backspacing on the rims you're wanting to run. Many of the cheap adapters are also lug-centric and don't ride on the hub and place all load on the stock wheel studs which could be dangerous if it snapped off while driving. You definitely wouldn't want to do any aggressive or performance driving and racing with most adapters.

So while it's possible someone does make an adapter and maybe the wheels will still fit on the Cruze, you might be best served finding a direct-fit wheel or look into hub conversions and not just adapters (but be prepared to spend a good chunk of money).
