If I get ahold of the OEM switch how hard would one think it would be to wire these in?

The stock button is just a push button that connects to the BCM. The BCM commands a relay that runs the fogs.

How easy depends on if the programming is in your BCM and if the wires are all there. I think there's other threads about adding fogs, so I think it's do-able, but might take a trip to the dealer.
