Lol seriously though... What's the deductible on your insurance? Depending on your history your rates may not go up, so you might be able to save some money and still get it done right. Doesn't hurt to call and ask "does my policy theoretically cover...?"

Damage looks very similar to the repair I just had done after an accident. Fender, bumper, and mirror (electric, non-heated). With OEM parts and work done at the dealership bodyshop the repair was $1300 (went through the other guys insurance).

That was for new mirror, new fender, reused/refinished original bumper, paint.

OEM replacement fender $179, OEM replacement mirror kit (electric non-heated) $114.33, OEM marker light 28.85. The rest of the $1300 was labor and paint and misc fees.
