Hello all,

In regapping my spark plugs (which were all under gapped BTW), I pulled a little too much and ripped a spark plug boot. Yes, my stupid mistake.
Does anyone know of a decent junkyard in SE Michigan that would have a wrecked Cruze I could go and pick this part off of? I would really rather not buy a new module for $100. Any chance they would be open today (Saturday) or Sunday? I would really like to get the boot ASAP.

Nothing out my way. I tried Regal and Miechiels and no cruzes at all. Maybe try Schram. I think theyre closed on weekends like most yards are. Try craigslist too

Yep actually getting new painted to match fender and bumper from MBI auto near Grand Rapids. I will probably post a thread on how it works out.

OK here's my update. I went to Fox Auto Parts. They were pretty good to deal with and offered me the used ignition coil from a 2011 Cruze 1.4T for $35. As luck would have it, the technician that pulled the part broke a boot as well. The parts guy at the counter, Chris, let me have the other 3 boots for free. So now I have 2 spare boots for free! I used dielectric grease on the boots so this hopefully will not happen next time. Overall a very good experience with Fox Auto.
