Does anyone know the torque specifications for the four bolts holding down the front seats and the three nuts for the rear seats?

I also need a part number for the blaack plastic post seats for the headrests. That would be the long deformed thing in the picture.

33 Ft-Lbs for the front seat bolts - don't forget the blue Lock-tight
