1. Abolition of private property in land and application of all rents of land to public purpose - you don't own your land. You own the house on it, but you lease the land from the government, which is why you pay property tax.
2. A heavy progressive or graduated income tax. - the tax rate in the US increases the more you make, up to ~33%.
3. Abolition of all rights of inheritance. - This is currently 40% in the USA.
4. Confiscation of the property of all emigrants and rebels. - IRS confiscation without due process, land taken by the government for urban development.
5. Centralization of credit in the hands of the state, by means of a national bank with state capital and an exclusive monopoly. - The Federal Reserve.
6. Centralization of the means of communication and transportation in the hands of the state. - Communication in the US is regulated by the FCC.
7. Extension of factories and instruments of production owned by the state; the bringing into cultivation of waste lands, and the improvement of the soil generally in accordance with a common plan. - price support subsidies, acreage alotments and land-use controls.
8. Equal obligation of all to work. Establishment of Industrial armies, especially for agriculture. - Social Security administration and the Department of Labor. The common need for a two-income family.
9. Combination of agriculture with manufacturing industries; gradual abolition of the distinction between town and country by a more equable distribution of the population over the country. - Planning Reorganization Act of 1949, zoning, and other executive orders.
10. Free education for all children in government schools. Abolition of children's factory labor in its present form. Combination of education with industrial production, etc. - People are now being taxed to support "public schools," which indoctrinate our kids and teach them to work for the communal debt system. Re: Department of Education.

There are Many forms of Service . To , about . From Etc.Etc.

You can go build a house in a national forest as long as you pay those taxes they don't care ..

When Ayn Rand wrote Atlas Shrugged every single law "passed" in the novel was already on the books in the US. She simply pointed out what real enforcement of those laws would do to the economy.
