If you're running higher boost, you may want to consider a somewhat smaller gap. I run 28 thou' on my Mk6 GTI pushing 19psi, I'm considering going to 24.
It's worth noting that the gap will open up with time, simply from heat cycles and bending of the ground strap. With copper plugs, there's also erosion of the electrodes, but with newer iridium plugs, this isn't a problem - the plugs themselves should be good for 100k miles, easily.
