It's a 2012 chevy cruze lt
Soo I first bought my car back in July this year with only 80500 mi, a week after I got it the stabilitrak light was turning on and off while turning my radio on and off. Took it back to the dealership and they changed a spark plug, didn't have a problem since until just this last couple of weeks. Last week it did it and I didn't notice the dash so I thought it was just the radio. Then today I saw it on the dash and it's the same thing that happened when I first got it only now I have 82562 mi on it. Not only do I feel like taking it back to the dealership in the first place was a waste of my time, the dealership itself is a toyota dealership and I'm afraid they don't know what they are doing. Now since it's been a while since I bought the car it will cost me 250 just for them to look at it. I'm so frustrated.

Our Chevy Customer Care account is staffed by GM employees who work in the GM Social Media group in Detroit. They monitor 80 to 100 different forums. For some reason they are able to get results for owners that the 800 number in the owners' manual can't.Is this really chevy customer care? It's not a scam or anything? Has other people been contacted like this?

PM our Chevy Customer Care account with that dealership's name and location. They'll also need your VIN. Ask them to contact the dealership and let them know you just bought a used Cruze and have some electrical issues that are covered by the bulletin we referenced earlier in this thread. Also, when you're in have them change the oil - you don't know if the Toyota dealership did this and what oil they used.Oh ok. I tried messaging chevy once and haven't had any replies yet from the dealership in my town. I can try again or just call them this time. I called toyota service department last month and they were super rude. I had a ton of questions and concerns about my car and the lady at toyota says "well what do you want me to do about it?". I'm super shy and don't like confrontation so I just hung up the phone. I don't think they even knew what they were doing the first time they looked at my car. They just changed a spark plug in hopes that it worked I guess.
