My first thought, based on your description, is the negative battery cable has developed a high resistance or momentary open condition.

There is a service bulletin and product update as well as a warranty extension for this and it is the first thing a dealer is direct to replace when the owner reports this condition.

Someone will pipe in with the special service number if you can't find it.
