Just wondering if anyone else has noticed this or is it just me . When i wash my car i noticed that the water in the wiper cowl on the passenger side does not drain out i have to soak it up with a towel the drivers side runs straight down. Why didn`t they put a drain on the passenger side in the winter this builds up and forms a big chunk of ice.

I have noticed this on my 2015 Cruze, too. It looks like it eventually drains off once the vehicle begins moving, so I have left it alone for now.

It has no drain so it won't dump water directly down the cabin fan inlet…..excess water drains down the wiper pinion hole and where the panel meets the far right side joint.
