Stereo Volume help!

I noticed today that my stereo was very quiet I usually have it from 25 to 32. But today it could barely hear it at those levels. I checked my phone volume it was all the way up like usual. I play it thru bluetooth and always have. I played xm and fm seemed quiet also.
Does anybody know what could have caused this or am I just stupid?
Anyway I hope someone can help.
