So I can run these with the stock fuel pump and everything else stock other than a tune?

Yeah you just need a tune and you can run them. You can even run E85 on the stock turbo with them.

What about LS3 injectors? Those are 43lb vs these 40lb.

They aren't long enough as far as I know. You need 60mm from o-ring to o-ring
