I got my 60 lb injectors that were knockoffs of the same 60 lb ones that everyone else gets. Siemens deka. They were like no name and white labeled so it doesn't say Siemens on it but they match the specs and I use the Siemens deka injector data that I got from a member here and they work just fine. The key is you have to drop your fuel pressure a little bit to get them to idle without being pig rich

I had to change the fuel injector data obviously to match the injectors that I put in so I used whatever I could find for the dekas. It took a while to find the right spreadsheet or the right ones and luckily another member on the HP tuners forums sent me his tune cuz he had them and took them a while to find them too so I copied the numbers out of his and it worked fine. You have to make the settings where they match in both the ECM and the fpcm. I think it's like a minimum injector pulse with and a couple other ones that are in there they have to match on both of them and then I drop the normal fuel pressure table around idle I think just the first couple of cells by like 10% or something like that I'd have to look to see what the actual numbers are. I'd be happy to share that information if you want. But all in all I had to drop the fuel pressure by about 50 kPa near idle to get it to idle without being pig rich and start up without feeling like it was going to flood the motor. Yes I did that at the fuel pump itself. You have to do it at the fuel pump controller at least from what I can tell. I came up at the idea to do it like almost immediately after I got them and then I heard that's how zzp does it too considering at least from what I understand they were the first ones to get these things idling with the 60 lb injectors. Because the 60 lb injectors they're minimum pulse width is still too high to get him to idle like that so dropping the fuel pressure was the only other thing I could think of and it seemed to work. I'm dialing in my vve again after getting my car back but I remember before I had my fuel trims at idle at about 2 to 3% rich give or take a present or two. So it's still running a little on the rich side but not like 10 or 12% like it was when I first tried to put them in without changing the fuel pressure. And I only needed to change it at idle and for cranking you know just in that area you don't need to change it anywhere else. Other than that it gets plenty of fuel up top.

Yeah the only way to get them to work decently is to lower the fuel pressure, but they still have transient fueling problems from my experience. And after you spend $225 plus shipping on a set of dekas from zzp plus the $50 to access the fpcm in HPTuners, its only $30 more to buy BNR EV14 60s or a little more for Deatschwerks 60s and have the latest fuel injector technology in your car. Unless you get knock offs like you did. I understand why you did it, just a matter of opinion I don't think it's worth it personally to run 1990s injector tech (Deka IV 60s were first used in late 90s german cars) to save $30 and still have transient and low load fueling issues. Will be interested to see how you get on with them after driving them for a while. I'd be interested to know if you have any issues.
I don't have fueling issues at low load, I don't have transient issues, and I spent less than 50 bucks and I've been driving on them for the last couple years.

I'm not saying that the same as Flo matched or you know the brand name injectors or anything like that I'm just saying that mine work with my tune and I spent less than 50 bucks and tuned it myself. I mean I think anybody with enough patience could have gotten that stuff down and I'm not knocking you guys at all I'm just saying that's what works for me but I also like to take her a little bit more than others. But I tinkered until I got it right and I got it pretty **** close. And it ain't bad for 50 bucks and the learning experience
