Funny how laws change State by State. I recorded someone and was facing possible Felony charges. Totally legal in AZ!
California and a small number of states requires all parties consent to being recorded. All the others only require one party consent.

Eleven states require the consent of every party to a phone call or conversation in order to make the recording lawful. These "two-party consent" laws have been adopted in California, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington.

I think I mentioned that the other tires were going low as well. Well, the PSI numbers went back up. I'm told those sensors can be affected by the weather...like a change in outside pressure, I guess.

The internal PSI of each tire will change accordingly with the temperature of the tire/rim/air inside the tire. If the assembly is hotter, the pressure will rise and conversely the pressure will lower when colder.

This is really starting to suck. On Star just sent a message that psi is down to 24. Does that mean the rim was bad to begin with? I mean, those gouges on the rim definitely happened at Bradley Chevrolet. But something was wrong to make the tire flat in first place.
I can completely understand why you would be expecting some compensation . Clearly the rim was not scratched and to me it looks like the showed no regard for your property and must have dropped it rims side down . They could have atleast come clean , a scratch or two would not warrant a new rim on a eco car like the Cruze , but they could of helped with a discount on the tyre. I wonder how a dealership would feel if I walked in as a customer and due to my carelessness scratched one of there new cars , There not going to be happy about it . just take this asa warning and avoid going to that dealership at all costs . there must be a better cleaner more honest mechanic about .

Tire is fixed. When I was pretty sure that it was a bad valve stem (on the tire that had just been replaced) I pumped it up and drove down to Discount Tire, where they replaced the valve stem for free - and didn't damage my rim further.

The dealership had a wheel repair place get in touch with me. They are going to meet me at the dealership's off-site collision center tomorrow and will repair the rim. Their website has pictures of their work and it looks like they do a good job.

It feels nice to actually drive my car now!

That should be the end of my car drama saga. Thanks for being a sounding board and advice pool.
