So I went to the car wash yesterday, and during my post-wash wipe down, I noticed water on the INSIDE of my back driver-side window. Mind you, it was the first time I've noticed it, and this was a pretty powerful wash that I've never used before. And I know cars aren't submarines, but still concerning..

Anybody else have this problem

Was it a brushless power wash? There is one near me called Robo Wash I go to once in a while. It really blasts the water at a high pressure. If I take my Silverado 2500HD to it, a little water will get thru the sunroof. It's because of the high pressure and the truck is tall so the spray nozzles are pretty close to the roof as it passes over it.

Right now, since my car is new, I use the brushless, high pressure car wash with no problems so far. Once the weather warms up, I'll be washing it myself. Next winter, if it's anything like this past winter, I will probably go through the foam strip wash one bay over. It does a very good job. It's a fairly new car wash so they have the latest equipment.

Hopefully it stays watertight. I would check the weather stripping and see if it's in tact.

Yes, it was a brushless power wash. A very high power one. I've washed the car about 6 times in the nearly 3 weeks I've had the car, all touchless minus one coin wash. I've not noticed water before, and I always wipe down the car afterwards. I guess it's possible it's happened before, but likely just not bad enough that I saw the water on the inside of the window.

The weather stripping looks fine to me, not that I'm any kind of expert though. I'll take it back in to the dealer at some point. Have to get the tint re-done anyway.. There's bubbles in EVERY WINDOW! Not just bubbles though, I can see particles in the bubbles. Maybe this time they'll clean the windows first..
