Timing Belt

After just changing my timing belt upon 60000 km drive, I observed that there is a little sound when steering wheel reached limits on both sides. Is there anything wrong?

Could be the power steering pump? I'm not sure if they're electric these days but could be. With the belt driven power steering a slight whine or humming sound is normal. When cranking the wheel all the way it's a good idea not to. Just back off on it a bit till the sound stops
The US Cruze has electric steering. My 2012 diesel has hydraulic steering and my daughter's 1.6T SRI-V hatchback has electric steering. To drive the hydraulic feels a bit better, but there is not much in it. Neither car makes a noise on full lock.
