Seems like a reasonable guess. The question is, can you hold the dealer to the promise that it will be fixed? That if changing the radio doesn't do it, he will make it right?
To change the settings normally you have to go through the settings on the blinker stick(?) And change from some setting I can't remember the name of right now.
