So another weird issue.

Whenever i shift gears, when releasing the clutch, i feel on the pedal and hear outside a "tap or click noise", kinda loud.
Only happens when on load, will not happen on neutral.
I would press the clutch pedal, shift, and when releasing the clutch, around midway, you feel a slap/tap/click on the pedal and you hear it outside also.

Has anyone experience anything similar????

Sounds like the dual-mass flywheel trying to match speed between both halves. It has some designed play to make the transition on/off power as smooth as possible.

If you notice knocking at idle or on decel, the weight has locked up.

Hmm, so the Flywheel could be starting to fail?
I was leaning towards the flywheel as ive been reading alot of issues about them on other places, but wanted to see if there were any other factors

Maybe. Mine was progressively more noisy on clutch application or accel/decel as I passed 30k until it eventually began to lock up entirely.

Wow, that sounded bad. But mines is not like that, you only hear it or feel it on the pedal when your releasing the clutch, but could be the same thing.
Did you went with a single lightweight flywheel or went with another dual mass?

Yeah, it started off as a light click/knock. It may or may not be in your case, but I heard what sounded like the two halves trying to meet in the middle when it would do that. It really only got like the video when it was driven for extended periods, especially under load (mountains).

Transmission issues were actually why I ended up getting rid of that car, but it was replaced under powertrain warranty with the same dual-mass flywheel. If I were to do it on my own, I'd go for the GM Performance clutch/flywheel.
