Sounds like the dual-mass flywheel trying to match speed between both halves. It has some designed play to make the transition on/off power as smooth as possible.
If you notice knocking at idle or on decel, the weight has locked up.
Maybe. Mine was progressively more noisy on clutch application or accel/decel as I passed 30k until it eventually began to lock up entirely.Hmm, so the Flywheel could be starting to fail?
I was leaning towards the flywheel as ive been reading alot of issues about them on other places, but wanted to see if there were any other factors

Yeah, it started off as a light click/knock. It may or may not be in your case, but I heard what sounded like the two halves trying to meet in the middle when it would do that. It really only got like the video when it was driven for extended periods, especially under load (mountains).Wow, that sounded bad. Did you went with a single lightweight flywheel or went with another dual mass?
