Hi, Does anybody that lives in ct or close by that Have a Cruze tune and want to download your software in my car? 2013 cruze 1.4 T auto. I would like to pay for it. Thanks

Tunes are usually VIN specific. Won't be able to use anyone else's.

Tune software has licensing per vin. So if someone has a tune they can share it with you if you have an HPTuners system but you still have to buy a license for your vin.
