I replaced my worn out turbo with a used turbo purchased at a local salvage yard. After putting it all together I had a large exhaust leak, so I purchased new gaskets for the turbo, catalytic converter, and exhaust. Amazingly I still have the exhaust leak so I am looking for some experienced advice.

A lot of bolts on the engine are single-use and have to be replaced, not re-used. Without that, you're not going to be able tighten them correctly. You can identify the single-use bolts because the specs will have both a ft-lb and an angle measurement (Tighten to the specified ft-lb and then go the number of degrees more.)
