Turbo compressor wheels

I'm new to the forum but I'm not necessarily new to a cruze. I'm a full time tech and my dad has owned his cruze for 4 years and I've done all of the work/preventatives on his and customers cruze's as well. I've recently acquired a '11 cruze that is a "mechanics special" but the only thing I'm curious about is compressor wheel upgrades (intake side). I live in the diesel world mostly but I know most gas cars have upgraded turbo wheels available as well. Is there an upgraded billet compressor wheel for these little guys? I'm not looking for a hot rod but I know they help out a little bit.
