is there a differnce in the center section on the turbocharger for a 1.4 T Cruze with 140 HP as compaired to a 153 HP turbocharger on the newer Cruzes?

Or would this center cartridge https://www.ebay.com/itm/CHRA-GT144...479000?hash=item3f8dc5a158:g:7BkAAOSwyi9aH5ed be the same as on my 2018 Cruze 1.4T?

Curious as to what the difference is between the 140 HP VS the 153 HP Cruze engines? Do the newer Cruzes run more boost?
