Turn-By-Turn Navigation Not Displayed in DIC

Hi,
My daughter's Cruze was parked for a week while she was out of town. Came home and battery drained. We jump started car, now the navigation directions aren't showing in the DIC.
She has a 2013 LTZ RS. Is this a dealer solution where the car might need to be re-flashed? Or are we missing some option to get it going?
The display shows "street unknown" on DIC.

I wonder if it lost the maps. If so take it back to your dealership and have them reload the system.

The nav displays fine on the head unit, including turn by turn. I guess a trip to dealer is in order.

I don't have a Nav unit so I don't know how they work. But I'd check all the options to make sure that's not just a menu selection.

I did check the manual; there aren't any options that control the DIC to display nav directions.

OK, stupid question - has she scrolled to the navigation screen? It's by turning/twisting the knob on the turn signal. You can see a video here.
