I've a brand new Holden Cruze that's just done 3,000 ks. I've noticed that it's been really lethargic getting off from Red Lights, i.e. the 0-40kph is really slow and the gear changes from the 1.8L Auto are very noticeable.
However, I turned off Traction Control and that improves the acceleration markedly I've noticed, where it's a much smoother ride. I don't believe this is a placebo effect, and wondering why that is, because in 20C conditions, traction control should be 'activated' less than 1% of time in regular commuting right?
