Yes, I bought the wired Ultra-gauge here for that exact reason. I love it.

Question....I see you have the Trifecta tune. If one Was to have a tuner, from one of those companies, can't you just use their handheld device..in place of this? Or does this show more in depth of the vehicle's vitals?

I'm not too sure what information your tuner has to offer.

NOTE!!!: My friend has a tuner for his 09 1500 sierra. He used it to remove the active fuel management and a few other really small changes. When he plugged the ultra-gauge in to the truck something weird happened. When he shifted from park into reverse it sounded like a sledge hammer banging into gear in the transmission. We both looked at each other thought that was weird, then when it shifted from first to second again, sledgehammer CLUNK. We removed the tune he had, and everything was fine. Not sure what it was but I believe the ultra gauge was conflicting with the tune and affecting the shifting tables for the automatic transmission.
Does Ultra Gauge able to show Trans Temp?

Not 100% sure, mine has a manual transmission :p

Trifecta does not use a handheld device but with like EFI live or Vermont I don't think that there handhelds actually do a diagnostic and display of this many instruments that I'm aware of. I've yet to hear them actually being able to display the things that the ultra gauge can.
So it shows boost just like a typical gauge
Ha, my 88 Supra came with a turbo boost gauge, a positive and negative pressure gauge that is plumbed into the intake manifold. But the last thing you should be looking at when hitting the gas, should keep a glance at the tach and speedometer, but most important, look out the window to see where you are going.

Such a gauge should also work with the Cruze, and would be a direct indication of actual intake manifold pressure, rather than indirectly with electronics. And the Cruze is not quite as fast. With a manual transmission, should also keep an eye on the tach, but you can tell easily if the turbo is working, if not, you ain't going anywhere.

Just don't let those gauges let you drive into a tree, or worse, somebody else. Or if you are not insured with Liberty Mutual, will only be driving 3/4's of a car.:th_salute:
