I might add, it's for sale at a Chevy dealer, but not the one it was delivered through initially.

Carfax actually doesn't even show the first oil change, but the dealer's Service Manager showed me that at around 6K it shows in their system, that another dealer did the "Complimentary 2/24 service". The 21K mile oil change was done at a Valvoline according to Carfax.
Possibly, but it could also simply be someone who doesn't drive much. I just took my wife's Solara Convertible in for a 10 year service - 41,000 miles. She's the original owner.The low miles and age of the vehicle makes it sound like a lease return. I've had pretty good luck with lease returns in the past...let someone else take the depreciation hit and drive off in a like new car that will last for years.
