Voice text and blue tooth

When I first got my 2015 chev Cruze all functions were working fine voice text just than the standard responses was working fine as was my blue tooth.. the first to go was voice text and now it just defaults to the standard list of responses to choose from plus now my blue tooth light is on but won't pair or connect to the phone it was working within yesterday... any ideas as to how I can fix both of these?
