Mine went at 37K miles, PT covered it, only about a 40 buck part anyway with all new bolts and a gasket. Can find plenty on ebay. Very easy to replace.
Well, it finally happened to me. 65k and valve/cam cover needs to be replaced
SYMPTOMS: Surging idle, random loss of power, whistle from the pcv valve on the valve/cam cover. If I plug it with my finger, runs fine. 
This should be covered under powertrain warranty, but still a pain in the arse.
ANOTHER NOTE: When I plug it with my finger, I notice a random squeak coming from the water pump area. The WP was replaced by the dealer at 45k. Ugh, hope it's nothing. WP still under powertrain warranty?
