Looking like they didn't put them in at all. They asked for a pic of the stem and cap to see if they did indeed install them or not.. The valve stems are all metal so it looks like they just put metal stems in. They got back to me last night and said they'd be bringing the issue up with the manager when they come in this morning so we'lls ee what happens. They're base in IL. Even if they were the wrong frequency my buddy's Snap-On scanner would have gotten some kind of reading from them but it said "no sensor found" at all 4 corners.Or they put the wrong frequency sensors in - they should be 433 MHz - it's very possible that they used 315MHz sensors, which weren't used on the 2nd gen Cruze.
Either way, I think they owe you some money...
