Well, I took it to the dealer and they want to keep it overnight, they have no idea what's going on and they can't replicate it. They supposedly can't give me a loaner because I'm 19, so I got no ride to college and work tomorrow which is ridiculous.

Thought buying a newer car would've kept this from happening, but guess not.
Unless they can show you a legal, as in law that says they can't provide a loaner, they are required to do so. This is part of your warranty. A dealership can always pull a car of their used car lot as a loaner if they can't get a rental for you.

Regarding rental/loaners.

If you are not yet 25yo it ain't gonna happen......dealer insurance carriers won't even allow porters under 25 to drive dealer owned cars.
Rental companies follow the same guidelines.

So this basically means that GM is unable to comply with their own warranty requirements.

GM Corporate could provide the basic coverage in these cases. GM needs the first time buyer and if they get screwed this way their next car won't be GM.
