The whole assembly, which is that plastic elbow w/clip, the bendy pipe it’s connected to, and the short rubber hose at the other end where it goes into the throttle body is AC Delco part number 25192905. The whole assembly is called something like throttle body inlet heater pipe. Part number is for a 2013 1.8L but may work on other engines. I just replaced this pipe about an hour ago.

Oh and unlike the same style clip that is located on the throttle body, the clip in the picture is detachable by prying it it to the side.

Yup, it’s an annoying tiny spring clamp on the throttle body side.
