I used the Amsoil Synchromesh in my 2012 ECO MT. Change it out every 45K miles.

Changed out the fluid last week with 2.5 qts. The grinding issue hasn't come back.

It'll come back in about 40-45K miles. That's when you know it's time to change it out again.
