I have a 2011 chevy cruze 1.4 and it currently has a CAI, ZZP throttle body spacer, and I ported the in-tank myself about a couple of weeks ago, also on 93. The next thing I'm looking at getting a tune. I don't know how to install a tune, Some say you need windows and some say it's just plug and play. I was just looking at the BNR Tune 2011-2016 Chevrolet Cruze 1.4L Turbo, It starts out at 249.99 and there are a bunch of other add-ons like the BNR Autocal and BNR HPtuners. What are those? are they just for extra power from the tune? I'm just looking for a tune that adds more HP and TQ. I also looked at a tune from Trifecta performance, and it doesn't have all the other add-ons as the BNR tune has. Im just suck at what's the best bang for the buck tune I should get performance-wise and how to install it.

Check out reviews Here. "Bang for your buck" is very subjective. In my opinion, anyway you slice it, they all do quality work. The plans you have for your car, may determine which tuner you'll want to go with. Some tuners give you a calibration loader. Other, give you a flashing cable that plugs into a laptop.

@[email protected] and @TRIFECTA , two of our supporting vendors, may be able to give you insight into what they'll work with and what they prefer not to work with. ZZPerformance and Vermont Tuning are also options, but they are not forum supporting vendors. Therefore, you would need to contact them directly.

Hi @suxzn0 , we offer a complete solution right out of the box. You just purchase the calibration package from our store, and we send you the necessary interface cable. Your calibration files are provided via a secure download page on our site, which is also how you can reach out to our support staff should you have any questions or need any assistance.

You do need a Windows computer in order to flash our product to the vehicle, however handhelds also need a Windows machine to load the calibration files into the device so its a requirement either way.

If you'd like to get to know us a bit better, I'd recommend checking out our intro post here:

The short version is we pioneered tuning for the Cruze back in 2011, have owned and modified our own Cruzes since then, and are still actively sponsoring and supporting the Cruze community.

We take this approach with all the different GM platforms we support as well to ensure our customers receive products that are developed and tested first-hand by our calibration engineers. The resulting product is a transformation of the vehicles character into something WE enjoy driving, and that experience is carried over to our customers.

If you have any questions for us, please feel free to reach out to us here, via our website, or our socials!

Wonder why ZZP never came over here, since most of their customers probably come from here. 🤷‍♂️
